50-60 mm

A: 50 & 60 mm
B: 40 mm
C: 12.5 mm
D: 0.5-1.2 mm
C/U type profiles manufactured with maximum S-550 steel, having thickness between 0.5 and 1.2 mm.
Areas of usage:
-Double wall applications where fireproof material used between them
-Container applications
-Can be used as drywall profiles which are produced standard in market. The advantage of system is you can produce any size needed.
-Non-bearing walls in concrete buildings instead of using bricks or heavy materials.
75,90,100,140 & 150 mm

A: 75, 90, 100, 140 & 150 mm
B: 45 mm
C: 5-12.5 mm
D: 0.5-2.0 mm
C/U type profiles manufactured with maximum S-550 steel, having thickness between 0.5 and 2.0 mm.
Areas of usage:
-Up to six floors hotel, luxury houses and residence projects
-Up to six floors worker accommodation plants.
-Truss and roof production.
-Mobile cabins and modular structures.
-Commercial and industrial buildings.
150-350 mm C/U

A: 150-350 mm
B: 60-100 mm
C: 25-40 mm
D: 1.6-3.0 mm
C/U type profiles having thickness between 1.6 and 3.0 mm.
Areas of usage:
-Up to ten floors hotel, luxury houses and residence projects.
-Factory and other industrial buildings.
-Column, beam, truss and purlin production.
-Strengthening up light steel structures.
150-350 mm SIGMA

A: 150-350 mm
B: 60-100 mm
C: 20-30 mm
D: 1.6-3.0 mm
E: 25 mm
SIGMA type profiles having thickness between 1.6 and 3.0 mm.
Areas of usage:
-Up to ten floors hotel, luxury houses and residence projects.
-Factory and other industrial buildings.
-Column, beam, truss and purlin production.
-Strengthening up light steel structures.
SWAGE

In order for stud and
tracks to fit inside profiles easily,
profiles squeezed on both sides
about 2-4 mm.
FLATTEN

Lips of profile are bended 90 degrees up. The purpose of this operation is to make stud and tracks fit in profiles easily. An advantage of this operation in comparison with lip notch is that lips are not cut. Therefore, strength of profile is not reduced and a more solid structure is built.
LIP NOTCH

Lips of profile are cut in order for stud and tracks to fit in profiles.
RIVET (SCREW) HOLE

A 5 mm diameter
hole is opened on both
sides of profile so that profiles can
be connected to each other using
rivet or screws.
MULTIPLE RIVET (SCREW) HOLE

If required rivet hole toolhead can
be modified in order to open four
3 mm diameter holes more on both
sides of profile
CUT

A smooth cut operation is
done at both ends of profile with
specially designed shear blade
NOTCH

A rectangular shaped hole
is opened in the middle of profiles.
Dimension of this hole is 50mm x
Profile Web Size (variable). This
process is done when a profile is
connected to another one from
back.
BEVELLING

The purpose of this
operation is to cut profile ends
diagonally in order for profiles to
be used as wall, truss and lintel
braces in panels.
INDEX HOLE

These holes are guide
for stud, tracks and braces which
are used back-to-back in panels. Also this is process is done when connecting panels together or to ground.
SERVICE HOLE (SMALL)

32 mm diameter
holes can be added on
profile web for electrical cables
and clean water pipes to pass
through profiles.
SERVICE HOLE (BIG)

These holes
can be made bigger optionally if
required. In addition to that other
shapes like slots can be added to
toolhead.
INKJET PRINTER

In favor of trusted and errorless inkjet printing system, data transferred from CAD and CAM softwares printed on each profile. In this way, even without assemblage sheet, complex panels can be assembled on factory or field easily. If needed various information like QR code, barcode and day/month/year etc. can be added on profiles.
TOOLHEAD OPERATIONS

Purpose and positions of applied toolhead operations are shown on figure. After panel is drawn and all the modifications are done, (e.g window and door openings) postions of toolheads are designated by CAD software automatically.
